What's your jewellery made of?

Jewellery details of each design is mentioned next to the particular product's image.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Our jewellery is nickel-free. If you have a nickel allergy, you are very unlikely to be allergic to brass or stainless steel since there is no nickel in it at all. However, allergies are very subjective and people might be sensitive to different metals like copper, zinc or even gold.

We request our customers to check the product details prior to purchasing the jewellery as we cannot assure if one may or may not have an allergic reaction.

Do you ship anywhere in India?

Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING across India

When will you ship my order?

We will ship your orders in 24 working hours (excludes weekends). You should receive your order in 3-4 business days post-shipping. There might be delays due to weekends / public holidays. 

How will the jewellery be packed?

All orders over Rs.1200 (the total order amount) will receive a Luxe Lilou box, a personalised card with your name on it and our re-usable Luxe jewellery pouch.

All orders below Rs.1200 (the total order amount) will receive their orders in our re-usable LILOU Luxe jewellery pouch

Do you offer COD?

No, we currently do not offer COD. However, we have several Online payment options available for a seamless shopping experience.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Indian pin codes on our websites. However, if you wish to place an order to an international address, send a message on our Instagram, we will see what can be done :)
